I didn’t set out to be a CFO. I started out managing a half-million-dollar investment portfolio — thinking like an investor, studying the strategies behind Warren Buffett-style models. Then it hit me:
"Why shouldn’t small business owners have access to this level of financial strategy?"
That question became my mission.
I immersed myself in the world of startups, venture capital, and high-growth companies — working alongside founders and investors inside ecosystems like Innovate Springfield. What I saw was clear: the businesses that thrive aren’t just great at what they do — they understand their numbers, and they use them to make smart, confident decisions.
That’s what I bring to every client today.
At Living Water Consulting, I help entrepreneurs stop bleeding cash, grow profitably, and build financial systems that actually support the life and business they want — without hiring a full-time CFO.
I hold degrees in Finance and Experimental Cognitive Psychology, plus a minor in Philosophy from Millikin University — because to me, business is both math and mindset. You need the numbers, but you also need the right lens to make them matter.
